Your Subscription at a Glance

The "Plan & Subscription" section provides details about your active subscription, billing info, manage your subscription, and invoices.

Change your Billing Information

You can change your billing info by clicking on 'View Billing Info' button. Apart from the country field, you can change all the other fields.

View you Invoices

View your past and current invoices by clicking on the button 'View Invoices'.

Manage Billing & Subscriptions

Under this you can manage your plan (upgrade or downgrade), change the payment methods, and download the invoices for message credits and subscription plans.

To upgrade or downgrade you Subscription plan, click on the button 'Manage Billing & subscriptions'. Click on your active plan name, then click on Edit Plan. Choose the plan you would like to upgrade or downgrade to. Click on Update Subscription.

You will get notified by email about this change and the respective invoice attached with that email.

Cancel your Subscription

To cancel your active subscription, click on the button 'Manage Billing & subscriptions'. Click on your active plan name, then click on Cancel Subscription button.

If you feel cancelling your subscription was a mistake, you can click on 'Remove Scheduled Cancellation' link to get back your subscription.
